Using Professional Behaviors to Facilitate Success: Knowledge & Skills Are Not Enough!

The focus of this session will be on the effective and efficient facilitation of the development of the professional behaviors required for successful autonomous practice.  Through interaction with each other and the presenter, participants will explore and learn how to use the six elements of The Facilitation Process to facilitate the development of expected behaviors.  In addition, the role of mentoring, role modeling, counseling, guiding and coaching to enhance staff growth and development will be discussed as they relate to the Process.
