Exhibitor space includes

10x10 booth space
Hall is carpeted; no additional carpet order needed
Each booth is equipped with a skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket
Additional or optional booth furnishings may be requested in advance; additional charges may apply
Cube ad on SPTS website one month prior to and one month after event
Links to exhibitor's website for three months prior to event or upon registration
Acknowledgement of TCC sponsorship for one year on SPTS site
Half page color ad in conference handbook

Pricing

This year's exhibit hall will be larger and allow us to offer some additional options for our exhibitors.

Standard booths

Standard booths will return to 10x10 spaces at TCC 2012. This is a standard size for all conference halls.
$500 each

Double booths

Double booths are 20x10 and may be located around the walls
Other position opportunities exist for sponsors
$1000, including electricity

Prime location booths

These booths are located closest to the entrances of the exhibit hall
$600 each

Prime corner booths

These booths offer almost as much floor space as a double booth for a lower price.
They are ideal for people looking for some extra space for demonstrations.
$750 each

Electricity and Other Services

Beginning in 2012, electricity and other services will be contracted by exhibitors directly through the hotel.

Forms for ordering will be provided with the registration form.

Electricity for major sponsors and double booths will be paid by SPTS.

Easels, banner hangers and other extra supplies must be contracted through the hotel. Forms will be provided with the registration form.

Wi-fi and Internet Services:

Wi-fi services are not provided nor are they allowed in the exhibit hall. Wired internet service is available for the hall at your cost. You may contract these services directly with the hotel. Forms for ordering will be provided with the registration form.
